美髮服務業行動預約之研究

摘要


資訊環境的快速變遷,已由e化轉為M化,但許多小型美髮服務業者,仍停留在傳統的派報或網站行銷,無法有效行銷自我,導致競爭力不足。近年來,消費者開始習慣使用APP來處理生活事務,而目前市場上並無針對小型美髮業設計行動預約服務平台,若讓美髮業者的服務升級到雲端技術行動APP,將有助於業者拓展新客源及增加營收,進而提升整體產業與促進經濟發展。本研究將發展美髮業行動預約系統,協助業者轉型升級及提昇營業額,大幅降低業者跨入行動商務的成本,並藉由群聚效益的優勢來行銷美髮服務業者。本行動預約APP完成後對美髮服務業之貢獻有三: 1.服務彈性化:滿足產業新趨勢,美髮行動預約的需求。 2.經營創新化:整合產業新價值,本系統將為美髮業者帶來更多新客源。 3.資訊科技化:透過智慧型手持裝置進行預約,有助於將來的資料匯出與分析。

Information technology environment has shifted from electronization to mobilization. However, many small hairdressing service providers still adopt the traditional send flyer or Website to do marketing. These ways cannot effectively promote themselves to customers, and furtherly lose their competitiveness. In recent years, consumers are accustomed to use the APP in dealing with their affairs of life. On today’s hairdressing market, there is no reservation services platform designed for small hairdressing action, if let hairdressing industry service action to upgrade to the cloud APP, will help the industry develop new customers and increase revenues, and thus enhance the overall industry and promote economic development. This study developed a hairdressing mobile reservation system for the industry to upgrade their business model and to enhance their revenue. Furthermore, the system was able to dramatically reduce the cost for the industry while applying the model and to effectively increase their advantages in marketing. There were three contributions of this study as following: 1.Service flexibility: to meet new industry trends and hairdressing mobile reservation needs. 2.Business innovation: to integrate the new industrial value by bring more customers. 3.Information Technology: to help the exportations of the data and of the analysis by the smart handheld devices.
