本研究針對台灣常見長型連棟透天厝的平面、立面進行資料收集,並歸納常見的透天厝平面、立面型式,再藉由建築資訊模型工具Revit進行透天厝虛擬模型建構;然後透過文獻收集與建築效能評估表現的專業知識為基礎,提出連棟透天厝改造設計手法的方案,並以Revit進行方案的模擬,最後再以Green Building Studio進行生命週期的效益分析,以及透過Autodesk Flow Design進行減低熱負荷、有效通風的效益分析,提出具效能的連棟透天厝建築改造原則,提供未來進行透天厝改造之設計參考。本研究成果包括: ● 台灣連棟透天厝基本型式的資料收集與歸納分析。 ● 以建築資訊模型工具探討具效能的連棟透天厝立面改造型式及天井設計手法。 ● 提出具效能的連棟透天厝改造設計原則。
In this study, the data of plane and facade of the common row houses in Taiwan are collected, and the common plane and facade type of row house are summarized. And then the virtual model is built by using building information modeling tool Revit. Based on the literature and the professional knowledge of building performance assessment, it then proposes a scheme for the renovation of row house and simulates the scheme by using Revit. Finally, it conducts the benefit analysis for life cycle by using Green Building Studio, and conducts the benefit analysis of effective ventilation and heat load reduction by using Autodesk Flow Design. Also it proposes the effective renovation principles of the row houses to provide reference for the renovation design of the row house in the future. The results of this study include: ● Data collection and induction analysis of the basic types of row houses in Taiwan. ● Using the building information modeling tool to explore the effective renovation type of facade of the row houses and the design methods of courtyard. ● Propose the effective renovation principles for the row houses.
