從生命週期觀點探討寢室環境機能與需求研究

摘要


家庭發展有週期性的歷程,由兩個人結婚共組家庭開始,歷經形成、發展、擴大、至衰退的過程,我們稱之為一個家庭的生命週期。然而這生命週期中隱含了不同家庭人口結構與寢室生活環境的需求差異,唯目前因應高齡化社會現象,國內相關以終生住宅觀點切入的研究,多針對高齡族群探討進入老年後從健康期至照護療養期之環境需求,而未顧及其他家庭成員因應生命週期變化之環境需求。 本研究採用文獻回顧法,透過國內外學者之理論與相關議題之研究成果,首先將家庭生命週期變化歸納為「求學時期」、「成家立業」、「育嬰時期」、「老年時期」等四個歷程,唯目前老年時期已有諸多研究產出,故本研究擬先針對前三個時期,探討家庭成員因應生活與身份變化衍生之住宅環境機能與空間需求內容,以為本研究後續進行問卷設計之發展架構。 於2015年8-9月針對台南市永康區成功里12戶住宅進行個案調查,透過實地測繪、拍照、訪談了解空間配置形式、使用行為與問題,以探討家庭成員因應生活與身份變化衍生之住宅環境機能與空間需求內容。本研究分析,主要依家庭成員屬性進行分類,並參照文獻回顧的結果,將寢室內之行為分為通用性(睡眠、盥洗、如廁)與特殊性(學習、育嬰、飲食)等兩大面向進行整合性分析, 以為適合不同階段生活需求之通用寢室空間規劃的原則擬定,奠定研究基礎。

Family development has a periodic process. The lifecycle of family starts from two people getting married, and then goes through the process of forming, developing, expending, and declining. However, this lifecycle implies differences of family population structures and the demands for living environment. To cope with the aging society phenomenon, domestic researches related to the concept of life time house are only focused on the elders, whose environmental requirements change from state of health to state of care when they enter into the old age state, neglecting other family members’ environmental demands which result from the change of lifecycle. This research adopted literature review to summarize family lifecycle changes into four phases such as “school period”, “marriage/career period”, “parenting period”, and “old age period”, according to related theories and topics. There are abundant studies on the old age period, thus, this research focuses on the first three periods to discuss the housing functions and space requirements of family members in response to the changes of life and identity, which can be used as the developmental framework of the later questionnaire design. This research conducted case study on 12 townhouses in Chenggong Village, Yongkang Dist., Tainan City on August to November, 2015. Knowing the space allocation, usage behavior and problems through field measurement and mapping, taking pictures and interviewing in order to discuss family members’ demands of residential environment and space requirements resulting from coping with changes of life and identity. According to the research analysis which is categorized by the attribute of family members and the result of reviewing references, we divide behaviors in the room into two concepts, which are universality (sleeping, washing up, and going to the toilet) and particularity (learning, nursing baby, and diet), to do the confluence analysis in order to make principles of room allocation based on requirements of different stages of life, establishing the foundation of the research.
