設計部門在產品開發流程各階段,透過運用設計資源來參與產品開發流程。由於企業組織規模或競爭激烈的環境所影響,此時設計部門便需透過設計管理與流程管理的相關途徑,尋求在開發流程中最適當的設計資源,並進行資訊整合執行產品開發。本研究針對設計部門於開發流程各階段中,運用設計資源時與其他開發相關部門所產生的衝突、矛盾及立場進行研究,並進一步探討設計部門與相關部門因設計資源所產生之衝突因素。本研究以食品包裝產業深入參與觀察,描述在產品開發流程中設計部門與產品開發流程相關部門因設計資源而生之衝突,分析衝突對於產品開發流程所產生之影響,進而提出資源衝突解決架構。
Design department participates in product development by arranging various design resources. Due to enterprise scale and competitive business challenge, it’s essential for design department to use design management and process management approaches to properly utilize design resources and integrate required information to accomplish produce development. Failure to access and properly apply these accumulated resources will cause inevitable delay of product development. This thesis proposes a framework of analyzing design resources accumulated in previous package design projects and from different sources through case studies retrieved from food package industry. This study enables us to identify neglected design resources hidden in suppliers and manufacturers, detect resource conflicts, and provide alternatives to solve these conflicts.
