在Web 2.0的「分享」、「參與」關鍵性概念之下,近幾年來在網際網路之數位內容,急速增長,其中以個人化Blog或是維基百科(Wikipedia)為當今Web 2.0之最重要應用之一。然而,網路服務功能需求愈來愈多元化,使用者也從單向的接收訊息演變成主動的參與和分享。因此,建置促進使用者參與分享、以及交流的網路社群,將會是未來的重要研究議題。 本研究建構了一Web 2.0的創作交流平台,目的即是希望藉由發展協同創作編輯、發佈、分享、激勵、以及訂閱等功能促進使用者願意主動參與和分享協同創作。此外,本平台針對不同的創作主題建置管理者功能,以提供創作者管理權限與創作版本回復機制,以維護創作品質。 最後,不同的「參與社群程度」對於「促成因素」、「社群意識」、「認知有用性」、「認知易用性」、「認知娛樂性」、「使用態度」、「持續使用意願」均有顯著差異效果。本研究運用延伸式科技模式接受為基礎來發展與評估使用者之接受度,經評估結果顯示,使用者對於本平台所提供之功能有正面的反應效果,並可顯著地影響受試者的持續使用意願。
The contents increase rapidly on Internet because the developing of Web2.0 accompany with the critical concepts of “information sharing” and “participation”. However, personalize Blog or Wikipedia is one of the most important application of Web2.0. However, WWW services are versatile and users have evolved from one-way receiving to two-way participating and sharing. Therefore, it is a very important issue to establish an effective web-based virtual community for enhancing users’ participating and sharing. This study develops a Web 2.0 based collaborative content-creating system. Its purpose is to establish a platform to support users’ collaboration by providing functions for collaborative writing, information disseminating, sharing, and motivating. Furthermore, the administrative function is provided with supports for different content-creating planning. Users can maintain the quality of creative work by the “rollback” tool in the administrative function. Finally, the differences between levels of virtual community participating and variables, namely, “facilitating conditions”, “sense of community”, “perceived usefulness”, “perceived ease of use”, “perceived playfulness”, “attitude toward using” and “intention to use”, are investigated. This study has applied extending Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) to evaluate user’s acceptance. The result shows that users have positive reaction on the platform’s functionality. Particularly, users’ “intention to user” is positively affected.
