生活在資訊快速流動的社會形態中,每天要面臨各種挑戰,這些挑戰成為我們的壓力來源,如何紓解壓力和調適生活品質已成為現代人所面對的課題,近年來流行的「療癒」風潮便是因應壓力而產生的一種紓解方式。2013年,台灣吹起強力療癒風,荷蘭藝術家弗洛倫泰因‧霍夫曼的黃色小鴨大型裝置藝術來台、台北市立動物園貓熊寶寶圓仔誕生、台中舉辦台灣國際泰迪熊展,以上活動都因具有療癒效果而受到喜愛,並經由媒體強力的放送與宣傳,衍生出的周邊商品也創造出相當可觀的經濟價值。 本研究以療癒系旅行為主題創作,以療癒為議題,探討在社會潮流趨勢下,療癒如何發展成為一種文化現象。研究結果發現療癒系旅行在旅行方式中,已經開創出另一種旅行的層次,此類旅行讓人們以紓緩壓力、注重身心靈的保健為主,沒有特定景點、步調緩慢,讓人們將旅行作為自我療癒的過程,目的是為了暫時轉換環境來紓解壓力,將工作上的瑣事與外在的紛擾暫時切斷,旅行不是為了遊歷,而是為自己找回一份寧靜感。 本研究將插畫創作目標設計出五種不同的療癒主題旅行,藉由系列性的插畫創作,表現出旅行的療癒層面,並期望可以達到以下成果:1、瞭解療癒系文化流行成因與本質內涵。2、藉由療癒系旅行插畫創作,開展與提升旅行意義。3、研究各類插畫形式表現,尋求適宜的風格與技法,以療癒的內涵,透過插畫圖文賦予本人在創作中的美感呈現。
Living in a society with rapid flow of information, every day we face a variety of challenges that become our source of stress, thus how to relieve stress and enhance quality of life have become an issue of modern people. In recent years, "healing" is a wave in response to pressure and a way to relieve stress. In 2013, the wind of healing had been strongly blowing in Taiwan, because several events including the yellow giant installation, Rubber Duck, created by the Dutch artist, Florentijn Hofman, arrived in Taiwan; The Panda Baby, Yuan Zai, was born at Taipei Zoo; the Taiwan International Teddy Bear Show held in Taichung; the above activities are widely loved for their healing effects, and their deriving products also created considerable economic value through powerful propaganda and publicity. The creative theme in this study, Healing Travel, explored how healing has become a cultural phenomenon under the trend in society. The results showed that Healing Travel has created a different level and journey model, this type of travelling lets people mainly focus on relieving the pressure and enhance body-mind-spirit health. There is no specific attraction and the pace is slow, thus people see travel as a self-healing process, and the purpose is to temporarily convert the environment for relieving pressure. When you temporarily cut off the trivia on works and external distractions, your travel is not for journey, but for yourself to get back a sense of tranquility. The objective of this study is to design some creative illustrations of five different themes of healing journey, and to show the healing aspects of travel through the series of creations, and expects to achieve the following results: 1. to understand the causes and nature of the fashion of healing culture. 2. to launch and enhance the meaning of travel through the creation of Healing Travel illustrations. 3. to study various performance forms of illustration and to seek appropriate style and techniques, through the connotation of healing in the graphic illustrations, presenting the beauty in my creations.
