結合白噪音音樂與腦波偵測系統用於籃球運動訓練之研究

摘要


近年來從許多研究中可發現,在神經科學與心理學領域的發展上已經有了許多的突破,而藉由聆聽音樂的方式,能夠有效的提升其專注力、記憶力、放鬆和舒緩壓力的效果。本研究以籃球運動中的罰球訓練進行,結合腦波偵測機,透過聆聽白躁音產生腦電波的變化,來觀察能增進罰球命中率並進而探討其影響因子。實驗分成兩類;第一類為在沒有聽白噪音下進行投籃,第二類則是在有聽白噪音後進行投籃,受測者在實驗過程中配戴藍芽單通道腦波機,由系統結合單通道腦電波量測耳機擷取大腦之腦電波訊號,同時透過聆聽白噪音音樂將腦電波訊號經藍芽傳至行動裝置,進行分析受測者腦波的專注度與放鬆度變化,進而影響投籃準確命中率。研究結果發現受測者有聽白噪音後,投籃命中率具有顯著差異的高於無聽白噪音受測者者。同時,受試者在有聽白噪音之受測環境下比沒有聽白噪音受測環境下,相較可發現專注度有顯著差異的進步提升,而在放鬆度則無顯著上的差異。

In recent years, the effects of ascension attention, memory, relax and relieve stress through listening music used in neuroscience and psychology was a major breakthrough. This study was conducted on free throw training in basketball by listening to white noise and observing by brainwave signal detection system. Then, we can judge if this approach can improve the free throw filed goal and explore its related impact factors. The experiments are made by two categories. One is conducting the free throw with no white noise, one is conducting the free throw after listening white noise. Subjects were wearing a Bluetooth single channel brainwave headset during the experiment. The brainwave was transmitted to the mobile phone, the application on the mobile phone then can analysis how the changes of the Attention and Relaxation scores impact the field goal. The result was found the free throw field goal after listening white noise music was better than no listening white noise music. The field goal was significant differences when listen the white noise. Also. the Attention score from brainwave signal detection system was shown with significant differences. However, the Relaxation score was no significant differences.
