臺日茶產業行銷策略研究 ─以天仁茗茶與伊藤園為例

摘要


產業全球化、多角化的升級,帶給世界各國廣泛的經濟效益;生活方式的轉變,使人們開始注重生活品質。飲食方面,人們也開始追求安全、高品質與健康性。這些,皆使人們的品茶行為更加頻繁,以及茶葉需求量增加。再加上日本與台灣兩地豐富的文化資源中,「茶」與人文風俗有著緊密的關係,可說是極具代表性的文化資產。 「天仁茗茶」可謂台灣茶產業中位居領導地位的企業。天仁不只多角化經營,也著手於拓展海外據點。另外,日本的「伊藤園」亦是日本最富盛名的茶企業,其主力品牌「伊藤園綠茶」,在1989年至2009年的20年間,每年皆擁有即飲茶市場的最高市佔率。目前伊藤園以茶的相關事業為主,進行海外拓展。 本研究以「天仁茗茶」與「伊藤園」為例,探討茶產業的行銷策略。整理分析兩家企業的營業活動與策略,探討他們如何運用行銷策略,並實施市場問卷調查,理解台日消費市場現況,進而對雙方進入彼此市場之行銷策略做適切的提案。

The advancement of industrial globalization and diversification bring extensive economic profits to countries around the world. The changes of living style make people start to concern about their living quality including safety, high quality and healthiness in eating-and-drinking ways. The behavior of tasting tea is more frequent practice than ever, and the demand of tea has increased. Among the various cultural resources of Japan and Taiwan, "tea" is one of the most presentable symbol in both countries. "Ten Ren’s Tea" is a leading company in the tea industry of Taiwan. "Ten Ren’s Tea" has extended their enterprise on many different fields and overseas routes. On the other hand, "Itoen" is the most notable company in tea industry of Japan. "Itoen" is focusing on the associated business of tea industry and expending their overseas market. This thesis examines and studies the marketing strategy of tea industry through the cases of "Ten Ren’s Tea" and "Itoen". There are three purposes of this thesis: Study the administrative action and marketing strategy of "Ten Ren’s Tea" and "Itoen"; Examine how the marketing theory works; Offer marketing strategies of taking further steps into the others’ market through the results of market research.
