情境式虛擬論壇介面設計與使用性研究

摘要


近幾年華語成為熱門的語言學習,促使線上華語教學的發展,除了網頁式線上教學外,3D虛擬實境的華語教學應用也受到重視。其原因主要為3D虛擬環境提供多人線上互動,可以在擬真環境中進行情境教學,相互合作提供訊息,增加教學環境上的互動與溝通功能,學生與教師透過虛擬人物可以傳遞更多的非語言訊息。 本研究建構一個以台灣文化為主題的情境式虛擬環境,提供溝通與互動功能,多媒體展示,上傳下載多媒體物件以及華語文化學習活動,學習活動使用華語教學網站〈華語文化主題之跨國視訊教學〉的中國家庭稱謂和算命課程為主題,讓使用者藉由文化體驗學習華語。本研究著重介面的使用性,以虛擬實境論壇和互動設計文獻為基礎,使用介面使用性原則進行系統介面實作,研究目的為實作出使用性的介面讓使用者在情境式虛擬環境中學習華語,使用者訪談後歸納使用者意見,環境中的引導、回饋與復原進行介面修改。

In recent years, Chinese become a popular learning language. This popular situation promotes the development of Chinese on-line teaching increasingly. Usually comment way is teaching online web page, but applying to 3D virtual environment to paid attention. The major reason that is 3D virtual environment allowed multiuser to interact. You can perform Situated Teaching in the immersive environment to achieve learning by doing. We construct a virtual environment. The function of virtual environment is communication, interaction, multimedia exhibition, upload and download multimedia objects. And we make some Chinese learning activities that content from the website, “E-learning online for cross-cultured communication in Chinese Language”. The Chinese relative title and fortune-telling are our theme of learning activity, users can learn Chinese through experience Taiwanese culture. And we emphasize the usability of interface to increase the efficiency of learning environment. Our study is based on the literature of virtual chat and interactive design to implement the interface design of virtual chat. And we make the interface of environment follow the principle of interface design. This study aims to build a situated virtual environment make people immerse in the Chinese learning environment. After depth interview we generalize subject’s opinion. We have to modify the guide of environment, feedback and undo function.
