銀行業者思考如何提升經營績效和競爭力的同時,了解第一線業務人員的個人價值觀及職業道德知覺成為一重要課題。本研究以台灣中部(苗栗、台中、彰化、南投及雲林)的本國及外商銀行的理財專員做為問卷研究對象,檢視職業道德知覺與幸福感的關聯,並探討知覺組織支持的中介作用。結果顯示,職業道德知覺愈高的理財專員,幸福感會愈高。知覺組織支持愈高,理財專員的幸福感亦會愈高。而職業道德知覺愈高的理財專員,知覺組織支持會愈高。而知覺組織支持對職業道德知覺與幸福感具有中介效果,亦即組織的支持會強化職業道德知覺與幸福感之正向關聯,且知覺組織支持可提升員工的幸福感。
While bankers think about how to improve business performance and competitiveness understanding the personal values and occupational moral perception of first-line specialists becomes a vital issue. The study aims at examining the relationship between professional morality and well-being and discussing the mediating role of perceptual organizational support. Subjects of this study are financial consultants in central Taiwan (Miaoli, Taichung, Changhua, Nantou and Yunlin). The results show that the occupational moral perception of the financial consultants and well-being are positive correlation. The perceived organizational support of the financial consultants and well-being are positive correlation. And the occupational moral perception of the financial consultants and perceived organizational support are positive correlation. The perceived organizational support plays an important role in occupational moral perception and well-being. It enhances the employees’ well-being.
