本次研究旨在針對我國推行12年國民基本教育政策執行層面探討相關問題後,再行分析不同背景變項之「國民中學現職教學人員」及「學生家長」對於推行12年國民基本教育相關問題的看法,並根據研究的結果,提出建議。 研究對象以「國民中學學生家長及教師」為主,進行預試及正式問卷調查後並進行統計分析,其中預試問卷發放40份、正式問卷發放750份,共回收有效問卷668份。 本研究採敘述統計及獨立樣本t檢定驗證家長及教師對12年國教政策執行認同之差異分析,研究結果顯示家長對於此一政策的整體認同度高於教師,其中呈現出較為明顯差異的研究結果如下: 一、就「有教無類」整體面向之認同程度均接近中度認同,且皆已達到顯著差異之結果。 二、就「優質銜接」整體面向之認同程度略低,且後兩者已達顯著差異之結果。 最後同時也針對國中教師、家長及未來研究提出相關建議以供參考。
This study investigated views on implementation of K-12 and analyzed differences across background variables of "School teaching staff" and "parents". Based on the research findings, this study also recommended some suggestions. The subjects of this research process were parents of junior high school students and teachers. The main pre-test and formal statistical analysis of the survey, in which 40 copies of the pre-test questionnaire were issued, 750 formal questionnaires were distributed, and 668 valid questionnaires were collected. This study verifies the comparative analysis of perspectives toward implementation of K-12 policy between junior high school teachers and parents by descriptive statistics and independent samples t-test the result shows parents in the overall acceptance of this policy are higher than teachers. The results are as follows: (1) As for the views on issues related to "education for all", the acceptance of the overall level is close to moderate identity. Besides, there were significant differences in the results. (2) As for the views on issues related to "quality convergence", the level of acceptance in terms of overall aspects is slightly low, and there were significant differences in the latter two results. Conclusions and recommendations were also presented and discussed according to the findings.
