It is said that satisfied employees is a productive employee that relate to the higher productivity for the organizations. So every organization is giving greater priority and efforts to keep its employees with satisfaction by providing several facilities in order to improve satisfaction and to reduce dissatisfaction such as working condition, rewards and empowerment system. If an employee is not satisfied with the job there are no chances for increasing job turnover, lower productivity, higher mistakes and conflict issues. However, until now most of companies in Vietnam especially construction companies do not take into account the importance of employee satisfaction. The evidences are that there is no research and rare of journals about the relationship between employee satisfactions and long term development of the company. Son Lam Company is the company which is doing business in construction services with its core businesses consist of constructing civilisation engineering, transportation, and water facilities. For the time being, the managers of the company has identified that the company is on the way of expansion and so it requires absorbing many new employees to facility for new substantial businesses. When the number of employee of Son Lam Company is set to be increased, it is crucial to the firm to take into account the important of measuring employee satisfaction in order to give specific human resource policies. Using research methods and survey, benefit and working environment components can explain for more than 27.9% changes of overall employee satisfaction of Son Lam Company. This relationship is statistical significant with Sig. value of F-Test is less than 0.05. Furthermore, beta of these components are statistical significant at 5% of confidence interval with Sig. value <0.05. Among these components, working environment has highest impacts on employee satisfaction
