Yen Minh County is located to the northeast of Ha Giang Province. The North of Yen Minh borders on Van Nam – a province of China, the East is adjacent to MeoVac County, and the southeast borders on Bao Lam County (Cao Bang Province). The county now has placing more and more dominant investments in tourism industry, which is expected to bring the name of county across far the border. Additionally, Ha Giang Province is being more familiar to travelers and tourists and the tourism industry is developing strongly that can bring more chances to outsiders to get to know Yen Minh County. With the rapid growth of economy as well as the competitive in tourism industry, Yen Minh County is facing many opportunities and difficulties for expanding plan to reach to the top of tourism map in Viet Nam. In this context, the study is written with focus on factors that impact directly to the customer satisfaction of tourism industry in Yen Minh County. The main factor is the service quality of hotels and restaurant which is at the same time is affected by demographic characteristics. To investigate those impacts, quantitative research is applied with three data analysis techniques, including descriptive statistics, reliability analysis of the survey scale, and linear regression for hypothesis testing.
