雙軌旗艦菁英教學-產學攜手培育企業未來管理人才

Teaching flagship elite track Academia work together to cultivate company's future management talent

摘要


勞動部為促進產業發展,培養產業特殊職能專精人才,引進德國「雙軌制」(Dual System)職業訓練模式,並以雙軌制訓練為範疇,「作中學、學中作」,畢業後優先留用該企業。為了解餐旅技職學生校外實習訓練,以及學校安排課程對其未來的影響,本研究以中部地區某技職院校參與餐飲門市「雙軌訓練旗艦計畫」學生及其權益關係人為研究對象,採用質性深度訪談法、研究者實際參與觀察及利用現有關於校外實習或三明治教學相關文獻,作探討研究,從「學生立場」、「企業立場」、「授課教師」、「學生家長」等四個面向進行分析。研究結果顯示:就「學生立場」:專業職場競爭力來自自我專業領域的培養及不斷充實本質學能領域,藉由雙軌訓練計畫,可充分幫助其同時取得特定行業專業職能及課業知識。就「企業立場」:學生工作表現可幫助企業成長,其未來有機會繼續在該實習場域工作,成為管理幹部。就「授課教師」:學校課程安排,著重在各項管理職能及解決問題的方法,可有效提供學生管理相關技能及知識。就「學生家長」:因就讀雙軌計畫的改變,家中經濟獲得改善,學生的未來發展是被看好的。隨著觀光餐旅相關產業的發展,培養契合產業需求之國際化專業人才,幫助企業提升,增強國家未來競爭力。

Ministry of Labour wants to promote industrial development, culture industry specific functional specialization talent , the introduction of the German " dual system " (Dual System) vocational training mode , and two-track training areas " for high school , middle school as " priority to get a job or join a company after graduation .To understand the Hospitality Practice for Students of vocational training , and the impact of their future school curriculum arrangement, the central research institutions participated in a vocational catering outlets " two-track training Flagship Project" students and their interest in the study of human relations , qualitative depth interviews , participant observation and researchers actual use of the existing on -campus internship as discussed research, from "Student positions ", " business position ", " instructor ", " parents " and other for analysis. The results show that: on "Student position” : professional workplace competitive nature from culture and science can continue to enrich the field of self- professional fields , with two-track training programs to help them fully professional functions simultaneously for specific industries and academic knowledge . On "corporate position”: student performance can help companies grow, students will have the opportunity in the future to continue to work on the practice field to become management cadres. On the “Instruction”: school curriculum, focusing on various management functions and methods to solve problems. These can effectively provide students with the relevant skills and knowledge management. On the “parents”: Due to changes in student -track program, the home economy will improved, the future development of students is promising. With the development of tourism and hospitality -related industries, cultivating international professionals fit the needs of the industry. This will help companies improve and enhance the country's future competitiveness.
