高雄地區高職實用技能學程學生之學習動機與學習滿意度相關性研究

A Research on the Relationship between Learning Motivation and Learning Satisfaction of Vocational High School Students at the Practical Skills Programs in Kaohsiung

摘要


本研究旨在探討高雄地區高職實用技能學程學生不同背景變項對於學習動機與學習滿意度之差異情形,以及研究高雄市高職實用技能學程學生的學習動機與學習滿意度之相關情形。本研究採用問卷調查法,以高雄地區之高職實用技能學程學生為研究對象,採隨機抽樣方式實施,再以SPSS19.0統計軟體進行資料的統計與分析,以了解各變項之相關與差異情形。 針對高雄地區高職實用技能學程之學生蒐集現況資料, 104學年度之學生共計有6486人,總共發放問卷456份,回收441份問卷,扣除無效問卷51份,獲得有效問卷390份。所使用的統計方法,包含描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、迴歸等。 本研究之假設驗證結果顯示: 一、實用技能學程學生具有正向積極的學習動機;學習滿意度屬中上程度。 二、實用技能學程學生因年級不同,在求知興趣的學習動機上具有顯著差異。 三、實用技能學程學生因工讀情形不同,在外界期望的學習動機上具有顯著差異。 四、實用技能學程學生因性別不同,在課程教材的學習滿意度上具有顯著差異。 五、實用技能學程學生的整體學習動機對於學習滿意度具有顯著影響。

This study aims to investigate the differences and relationships in learning motivation and learning satisfaction of vocational high school students with different backgrounds at the practical skills programs in Kaohsiung. This study applies questionnaires on vocational high school students at the practical skills programs in Kaohsiung, utilizing random sampling and SPSS 19.0 (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) software package to perform statistical analyses. According to the reports about vocational high school students by Ministry of Education in Taiwan, a total number of students enrolling in practical skills programs in Kaohsiung were 6486 in fall, 2014. There were 456 copies of questionnaire sent out, and 390 valid questionnaires were returned. In this study, such statistical analyses as descriptive statistics , t-test , one way ANOVA, and regression were utilized to analyze to test the research hypotheses. The following conclusions were drawn from the research findings: 1. Vocational high school students at the practical skills programs possess positive and high learning motivation in general and their learning satisfaction is in good condition. 2. Different ages result in significant differences in students' learning motivation. 3. Different part-time jobs bring about significant differences in students' learning motivation. 4. Different genders cause significant differences in students' learning motivation. 5. Learning motivation has a significantly positive impact on learning satisfaction.
