針對陸戰隊初級軍官所最需求急迫特性,陸戰學校如何針對這些需求特性規劃最精簡的訓練課程,即為本研究的主要目的。 根據陸戰隊初級軍官所需具備的基本特性請教專家得出32項需求特性,以「專家權重法」選出前9項重要的特性,這38個課程針對這9項特性以共同權重法篩選出優先順序對初級軍官最重要的20門課程。 此最重要的20門課程中,以「軍紀教育」、「心理衛生教育」、「內部管理」、「領導統御經驗傳授」等,為初級軍官所最急迫需求之基本知識,此一課程設計符合文獻探討軍事教育的多元化需求,同時也能解決軍事組織壓力的問題,進而使初官能夠優先學習到適應部隊生活及需求的課程,使初官對部隊更具適應性,並依時數排訂優先課程儘量充足初官學能,本研究之「無縫接軌課程設計」,將學校之教育訓練特色與初官之課程需求,兩者無縫地密切的結合。
The purpose of this study is how to select the best courses in the limited time for the Primary Office of Republic of China Marine Corps. This study collects a lot of papers to choice the best way to research. In the research, the characteristic of the Primary Office of Republic of China Marine Corps are total 32 items, the study uses the Experts weighting method to select 9 important characteristic and use these 9 items v.s. 38 courses in common weight method to select the important 20 courses for Primary Office of Republic of China Marine Corps. The results show that the important course is “education of military discipline”, “mental education”, “inner management”, “leader art” etc..
