在現今社會中,各行各業在創造自身的優勢與競爭力,對於其員工都在要求高效率與高表現的工作下,無形中也造就了員工在工作上的高度壓力,因此,工作壓力變成一個企業不可忽視的環節,紛紛在公司內部設置心理諮詢,甚至在公司內部設置休閒場所、舉辦員工旅遊、給予員工適當的時間,參與休閒活動,來降低工作壓力,提升工作的績效;然而參與過多的休閒活動,反而會造成工作績效的降低。因此,本研究根據過去對企業之相關研究,多數研究探討整體企業之績效表現影響因素,而對於員工個體之研究較為鮮少。因此,本研究認為可以將員工工作壓力和工作績效作為連結,並且透過休閒行為態度之影響下,藉此瞭解員工在工作壓力高度承受之下,是否會因擁有良好完善的休閒參與活動,因此降低心理層面之壓力影響,進而提升員工之工作績效。 本研究採量化研究,以企業正式員工為研究對象,以滾雪球抽樣的方式進行問卷發放,共計收回326 份有效樣本,並使用SPSS 統計軟體進行統計分析,針對本研究之假設進行實證。本研究預期結果為(1)員工的工作壓力高低對工作績效會產生顯著之差異。(2)員工對於休閒的態度會影響工作壓力及工作績效間之差異。
Nowadays, enterprises try to create their own advantages and competitiveness, for request employees have high efficiency and high performance of the work, virtually created a lot of work stress on employees , therefore, enterprise attaches great importance to work stress, enterprise set up in-house counseling, and also set up leisure venues, conduct incentive tour, let employees have more time to participate leisure activities to reduce stress, enhance work performance ; however, involved too many leisure activities will cause employee in lower job performance. Therefore, in this study, based on past studies of related companies, a majority of the studies were investigated about the performance of the overall corporate performance factors, but the study of individual employees of more rarely. Therefore, this study suggests that employees can link with work pressure and job performance , through the influence of leisure behavior and attitude to learn about the employees working under the stress of high tolerance, whether will has good sound leisure participation, thus reducing the psychological level of stress influence, for enhance the work performance of employees. We use quantitative research and permanent employees of companies as our target. We adopt snowball sampling questionnaire to collect the data, and 326 valid questionnaires were collected. Finally, we use SPSS statistical software to analyze the empirical results. Study expected results are as follow: (1) that will have the significance difference with level of employee’s work stress on work performance. (2) Difference of work stress and work performance for employee’s leisure behavior.
