企業混成式學習環境與學習動機對學習成效之影響–以「產學專班」為例

摘要


近年來企業環境迅速變遷、資訊爆炸及企業型態轉型,導致企業競爭增加,為能夠使企業持續增長,許多企業投入大量資源於教育訓練當中,希望能藉此課程提升員工之能力。 本研究旨在探討企業辦理教育訓練時,學習環境、學習動機與學習成效之關係。本研究主要採取問卷調查之方式,並以產學專班受訓學員為研究對象,問卷總計發放104份,有效問卷回收率96.12%,並以敘述性統計分析、信度分析、迴歸分析、ANOVA及結構線性方程式等方法進行驗證各項假設。研究結果顯示:(1)產學專班學員個人統計變項中的性別、初始職稱及獨立操機天數對學習環境、學習動機與學習成效有不同程度之差異;(2)學習環境對學習成效有顯著性之影響;(3)學習動機對學習成效有顯著性之影響。 最後依據數據分析之結果提出結論與建議,以供企業、學校老師與學生做為參考,並期望此議題能有所助益。

In recent years, rapid changes in the corporate environment, information explosion, and business model transformation have led to increased competition among companies. To enable companies to continue to grow, many companies invest a lot of resources in education and training. We hope to use this kind of education and training to enhance the capabilities of employees. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between learning environment, learning motivation and learning outcomes when companies conduct education and training. This research mainly adopts the method of questionnaire survey, and takes the trainees of the Industrial-Academic Cooperation Plan as the research object. There are a total of 104 questionnaires distributed, and the valid questionnaire collected rate is 96.12%. Then based on Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Regression Analysis, ANOVA and Structural Equation Modeling methods, we verify the hypotheses. The results of the study showed that: (1) The gender, initial professional title, and independent operating machine days in the individual statistical variables of the trainees of the Industrial-Academic Cooperation Plan have different degrees of differences in learning environment, learning motivation, and learning effectiveness. (2) Learning Environment influenced Learning Effect. (3) Learning Motivation influenced Learning Effect. This study generated conclusions and suggestions on the basis of the data analysis results to serve as a reference for company, teachers, and students interested in this topic.
