The main research purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction. On these bases, it is to discover and analyze factors that have impacts on organizational justice and job satisfaction of employees. Because it seems that the employees’ satisfactional level and the organizational justice was paid little attention to by some of managers in Vietnam in the past years; therefore this study took employees of Agribank at Vinh Long Branch as samples to investigate if personal characteristics will have impacts to both the managers’ decision and the employees’perception of organizational justice as well as job satistfaction. A total of 200 employees were sampled by a questionnaire survey at the public bank in Vietnam. The collected questionnaire data were anlayzed by the SPSS version 17.0. The hypotheses were tested by such statistical methods as decriptive statistical, reliability analysis, t-test, Peason correlation analysis and regression analysis. The study results showed that three personal characteritics as gender, working experience and department will make significant differences to organizational justice; age and job title also will make significant differences to job satisfaction; finally, organizational justice will make significantly positive impact on job satisfaction. The research conclusion and suggestions may be considered as references for further research.
