在這網路與資訊科技突飛猛進發展的時代下,人們的生活因科技的進步而受到很大的影響及改變,而學習方式也因此開拓了新的方向,從數位學習(E-learning)至現在行動學習(M-learning),而此類新世代學習方法因具有更便利、更便宜、更省時等優點,因此目前各大單位紛紛導入而欲提高生產力與學習力。 而一個系統被引進之後,其調查是否為成功已成為不可被忽視之議題,故本研究將資訊系統成功模型與科技接受模型重新整合與刪減,產生一個新模型來研究行動中醫穴位教學APP來探討使用者的持續使用意向,以衡量此APP(可將之視為資訊系統)是否成功。 本研究架構為「資訊品質」是否影響「知覺有用性」,「系統品質」是否影響「知覺易用性」,而「知覺有用性」與「知覺易用性」是否影響其使用意願,以問卷調查法發放了200份問卷,其中有效問卷為177份,以敘述性分析、相關分析、信度Cronbach’s alpha等分析,研究結果顯示其假說均成立。
In the era of Internet and rapid information technology development today, the advances in technology has greatly changed and improved our lives. The new learning styles are created from E-learning until mobile learning. New generation of learning is more convenient, cheaper and timesaving etc. The major units have imported and worked on improving productivity and learning ability. After a system was introduced, the investigation’s susccess become the subject that cannot be ignored. So this research start to merger and modify IS success and TAM model for creating a new model. It allows us to investigate the intension of users on Mobile TCM Acupuncture Point Instruction Application and see whether they will continue to use it. It uses Information Quality affect perceived usefulness, System Quality affect Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use affect Willingness Use as research framework. The survey distributed 200 questionnaires which have 177 in effect. The result shows the hypotheses are true after taking descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, reliability Cronbach's alpha and some other analysis.
