國小教師工作壓力、情緒耗竭與教學效能間關係之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討國小教師工作壓力、情緒耗竭與教學效能間關係之研究。本研究以高雄市國小教師為研究對象,以分層便利取樣方式實施發放問卷,共發放351份問卷,有效問卷回收301份,回收率85%,有效問卷利用SPSS22.0進行信度分析、因素分析、描述性統計及階級迴歸分析,根據研究結果的分析與討論,本研究結論如下: 一、國小教師工作壓力與教學效能間具有顯著關係。 二、國小教師工作壓力愈高,情緒耗竭愈高。 三、國小教師情緒耗竭愈高,教學效能愈低。 四、情緒耗竭對國小教師工作壓力與教學效能間之關係有部份中介效果。 最後,根據本研究結果提出各項建議,以供教育主管機關、學校相關單位或國民小學教師及未來研究之參考。

The purpose of this research is to explore the relationship among working stress of elementary school teachers, emotional exhaustion, and teaching effectiveness. The subject is the teachers randomly selected from elementary schools in Kaohsiung County. Among 351 questionnaires, 301 effective. The effective response rate is 85%. Conclusions are obtained as follows after doing SPSS 22.0 Statistics Software to reliability analysis, factor analysis, descriptive statistics, hierarchical regression. According to the analysis and discussion of the results , the findings of this study were as follows: 1. Significant relationship between working stress of elementary school teachers and teaching effectiveness. 2. The higher the working stress of elementary school teachers, the higher the emotional exhaustion. 3. The higher the emotional exhaustion, the lower the teaching effectiveness. 4. The emotional exhaustion has moderate effect to the relationship between working stress of elementary school teachers and teaching effectiveness.
