義守大學畢業生就業能力與工作滿意度間之研究-以高雄捷運股份有限公司為例

A Study on the Employability and Job Satisfaction of the Graduates of I-Shou University: Using Kaohsiung Rapid Transit Corp. as an Example

摘要


學生大學畢業後就可能即將面臨到就業問題,因此首先的重點就是求職問題,而大學時代所修課程以及個人具備相關能力是求職重點所在。而就業後的各種因素或是個人就業能力可能影響到任職時的表現,因此也有可能影響到工作滿意度。基此任職於高雄捷運公司之義守大學畢業生校友也有許多人,因此以畢業生探討其就業能力與工作滿意度間之關係,並以義守大學畢業校友任職於高雄捷運公司為研究對象,共計發放102份問卷,經刪除未能回收及無效問卷後,有效樣本53份,以就業能力、工作滿意度,經描述性統計、信度檢定、Pearson積差相關分析及階級迴歸等方法進行分析。 此外,本研究所得結果為:(1)義守大學畢業校友畢業時間為99年之前畢業較多,其畢業類型為正常時間畢業較多。(2)校友畢業後應徵1到5份工作及待業時間大都在半個月以內。(3)任職於高捷之畢業生其求職經驗大多為順利,並以工作態度最有幫助。(4)校友大多透過自己而找到高雄捷運公司此工作。(5)校友任職高雄捷運公司平均月收入以3-4萬最高,2-3萬次之。(6)任職於高捷校友對於大專所學符合程度之認知以普通居多,而不符之原因以主修領域就業條件不佳居多。(7)校友認為需專科或大學畢業才能勝任高雄捷運公司此工作。(8)校友認為專業主修課程與通識課程之認知為重要居多。(9)校友認為課外活動認知為重要居多且認為目前所學對於求職是有幫助的。(10)校友在高雄捷運公司任職就業能力與工作滿意度呈現正相關及正向影響。另外對於校友建議:(1)注重個人具備特質,以提升就業能力。(2)強化專業主修課程和通識課程,以提升就業能力。(3)就業能力相關方面,提升工作態度尤為重要。以及對於高雄捷運公司員工建議:(1)注重於工作職位,提升工作滿意度。(2)避免過度重視自己之就業能力,以提升工作滿意度;同時本研究也對未來相關研究提出一些建議。

Many graduates face the problem of finding employment after leaving university. Job hunting is very much influenced by the courses one took at school, as well as one’s own ability. One’s performance after being employed can be influenced by different factors or personal capability, all of which impact one’s job satisfaction. Many graduates of I-Shou University are employed by Kaohsiung Rapid Transit Corp. (KRTC). This study explores the relationship between the graduates’ employability and their job satisfaction at KRTC. After deleting the unreturned and invalid questionnaires, there were 53 valid samples, which were then analysed by descriptive statistics, reliability test, Pearson product-moment correlation and hierarchical regression in regard to the aspects of employability and job satisfaction. Results of this research are as follows: (1) there were more ISU alumni who graduated before 2010; their study period was normal, i.e. within four years. (2) The graduates generally faced one to five job opportunities within half of a month. (3) The graduates employed by KRTC had a smooth experience in job hunting, and their attitude at work was appreciated. (4) Most of the graduates found their jobs at KRTC by their own efforts. (5) The highest average income of the ISU graduates at KRTC is between NTD 30,000 and 40,000, followed by a salary between NTD 20,000 and 30,000. (6) The ISU graduates employed by KRTC believe that their university educational background helps them to achieve a moderate level, and their disadvantage is that their majors are not helpful in regard to their employment conditions. (7) The ISU graduates agree that to work adequately at KRTC requires a college/university degree. (8) All ISU graduates admit that required professional courses and general education courses are important. (9) Most ISU graduates consider that extra-curriculum activities are useful, and acknowledge that what they learned is helpful for job hunting. (10) The employability and job satisfaction of the ISU graduates at KRTC present a positive correlation and influence. Suggestions to the ISU alumni: (1) Focus on personal characteristics in order to enhance your abilities at work. (2) Study harder in the required professional courses and general education courses for improving abilities at work. (3) Regarding the abilities at work, a responsible/enthusiastic attitude at work is the most important factor. Suggestions to the employees of KRTC: (1) Focus on the work itself in order to increase job satisfaction. (2) Avoid over-emphasising your own ability at work to increase job satisfaction. This study also provides proposals related to the relevant studies in the future.
