高中職校學生對網際網路法律認知與態度之研究

摘要

網際網路已成為日常生活中無法想像其不存在的一部分，舉凡食衣住行娛樂等，都可在其上滿足需求。有別於實體的交流(Face to Face)，網際網路透過電腦等平台為群體提供交流通路，達到迅速互動的效果，然其雖有便利性，但亦有陰影面，即網路上的犯罪、脫序行為，這是與傳統犯罪迥異的新型態犯罪。
本文以高雄市各高中職校學生為對象，剖析學校教育與學生自我認知方面，對於網際網路相關法律認知與態度現況做探討，期藉由本文之研究提供教育機關參考，預防學生網路犯罪，並加強對網路應具備的法律認知。

Nowadays, people would fulfill whatever they need on the internet, and therefore internet has already become almost obligatory in our daily life. It is different from real interaction; internet offers the public a rapid access to achieve mutual communication. Although it is convenient of applying the function offered by the internet, still there is a dark side, which is so called cyber crime including misbehavior. Cyber crime is a new type of behavior of committing crime rather than the stereotype of criminal behavior.
This study analyzed and discussed the present situation relative to the education of school and the students’ recognition regarding the understanding and attitude toward the rules and laws about internet. The objects of this study are the students of the vocational and senior high schools in Kaohsiung. The researcher looks forward to offering the institutions of education the consequence of this study in order to prevent the students from committing cyber crime and by doing this to cultivate their knowledge of law regarding internet.
