多數的廚具皆會經由木材加工用圓盤鋸進行加工作業,木材加工用圓盤鋸因為可以快速裁切硬質材料而帶給操作人員極大的便利性,但其鋒利的鋸片也會帶給操作人員危險。本研究基於工業安全的原則下,以木材加工用圓盤鋸為主要評估對象,來探討人員使用該機械之安全性。透過田野調查對22家訪查對象做訪查後,發現到為數不少的訪查對象不了解職業安全衛生法,或者是其木材加工用圓盤鋸不具備完整的保護機制。職業安全衛生法是為了防止職業傷害並保障工作者安全及健康的重要法條,但訪查對象包含製造商、購置者乃至使用者卻多不了解此法條,這無疑增加了許多風險。另外,本研究發現到多數的訪查對象使用可拆卸移動的簡易型圓盤鋸,但卻未安裝防護措施。因此本研究提出一個改善方案來解決此問題。最後,本研究期許這些結論能夠改善廚具加工時的安全。
Most kitchenware can process by using the circular table saw. The circular table saw is a very convenient tool for workpeople to cut hard materials, but this sharp saw may hurt the user. Based on the industrial safety, our research taken the circular table saw as our research object to discuss how to keep workpeople safe. We selected 22 processing factories as research cases. We discover that many processing factories have no idea about the OSHA (occupational safety and health act) or using the unsafe circular table saw. The OSHA is an important law to keep workers away from occupational injury, but many manufacturer, buyer and user in processing industrial do not know this law well, it’s obviously puts workers in danger. On the other hand, we found many processing factories using the mobile saw without any protection mechanism. Hence, we provided an approach to solving it. Final, our research results may enhance the safety on processing kitchenware.
