The research to point out the factors that could influence on the loyalty of employees, who are working in Vietnam. Model and hypotheses of this study is based on the basis theoretical of loyalty from the previous studies. The study is conducted in two stages: Stage one, using exploratory research by qualitative method to determine the factors influencing the loyalty of employees in the organization. Stage two, descriptive analyses by using quantitative research method, data is used in this study were collected from questionnaires (321 samples) use Likert scale of 5-level to design questionnaires and sent to the employee who are working in Vietnam. Research used IBM SPSS 19.0 software for evaluating, testing scale. After testing the reliability of the scale by Cronbach's alpha coefficient and factor analysis, research model was adjusted to include five independent variables including: income and reward fairness, empowerment and relationship, promotion training, goal congruence and working conditions. The result of correlation coefficient indicates that all of 5 independent variables have positively correlation relationship with the organizational loyalty of employees. Through t-test, ANOVA analysis and Kruskal-Wallis Test, the research have had the following findings: There has been no difference in the loyalty of employee upon gender and age; there has been difference in the loyalty of employee upon education, type of organization, working duration, positions and average earnings. On that basis, the thesis presents some suggestions to increase the organizational loyalty of employees in Vietnam
