國防部軍醫部門人員如流動率過高,將造成人員短缺及工作斷層,對於國防工作的推行將會是一大問題。如何吸引優秀人才願意繼續留在軍中服務,其實務上具有重要性。本研究目的是以台灣地區空軍基地醫療人員為研究對象,透過問卷調查的方式分析角色自我效能、自覺組織支持及權力距離等構面影響工作滿意度,另分析工作滿意度與留任傾向的相關性,以探討提升醫療人員留任傾向之相關因素。問卷結果268人中共有208人接受問卷調查,問卷回收率為77.61%,實證發現:(1)相關分析結果整體工作滿意度與留任傾向有相關性;(2)線性迴歸分析結果角色自我效能、自覺組織支持會顯著影響整體工作滿意度。本研究可作為未來國防部軍醫部門制定相關人才留任作業的決策參考,以避免產生人員短缺及工作斷層之情況。
The high turnover rate of medical staff in Ministry of National Defence may cause the shortage of manpower and the obstacle of job transfer; moreover, there will be an issue in national defense job implementation.Therefore, how to keep talented people and let them work in the military is very important in practice. The object of this study is the medical staff of R.O.C. air force. We analize how the role of self-efficacy, perceived organizational support, and power distance influence overall job satisifation by questionare. We also study the correlation of job satisfication and retention to realize the factors increase the retention.We send 268 questionares to medical staffs and 208 people reply. The reponse rate is 77.61%. The results show: The overall job satisifation and retention are related 2.
