Posts and Telecommunications industry with the integration trend, human resources is the most valuable and important factor to win the competition. Recognizing the role and position in the national economy, Post Office officers and employees in general and Post Office in Ha Giang province in particular has been a fundamental shift in the innovation recognized knowledge and thinking; on that basis, with existing qualifications, team officials and employees of the post office have captured the application of new science and technology to contribute to Post Industry’s sustainable development. In recent years, production and service provision of Post and Telecommunications has made rapid progress and bring about significant achievements. However, the competitive environment has brought many challenges which requires Postal Ha Giang Province to overcome. To survive, Ha Giang Province Postal forced to build a proper business strategy, especially strategy "human". Doing this, the post office could limit the weaknesses, the present existence; turn challenges into opportunities to further enhance the competitiveness of products and services of Posts and Telecommunications in the future. With the knowledge through courses equipped accumulated through research, I would like to assess the satisfaction level of employees working at the Post Office in Ha Giang Province; on that basis, to help post office plans to build successful Human Resources policies, to better meet the needs of workers, and develop a friendly and united working environment in trend of developing in competition and integration.
