隨著國內經濟的發展,國民所得以及生活水準的提升,員工選擇工作不再以薪資作為完全考量,而會納入企業所給予的福利制度去評估。 本研究主要針對義大Outlet Mall之企業福利與離職傾向探討兩者相關程度,並以員工工作投入作為中介變項。本研究採取問卷發放作為調查的依據,發放250份問卷其有效問卷為173份,並以SEM及AMOS進行該資料分析。根據資料的統整及分析,得到下列結果: 1.企業提供的福利制度與員工工作投入兩者之間的關係呈現正比關係 2.企業提供的福利制度與員工離職傾向兩者之間的關係呈現反比關係 期望能夠透過本研究,提供各企業公司組織在留才、招募人才等人力流動方面能有更準確的方向執行。
With the domestic economy, national income and living standards improved, the reason of employees choose to work not only the payment but the welfare policy from the organization. The purpose of this study is to explore the study of the relevancy of the job involvement, corporate welfare, turnover intention and the difference of personal traits. Questionnaire survey is the method for this research, 173 of 250 releasing questionnaires were returned from the employees. Statistics methods that were used to analyze the data of the questionnaires were Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) and ANOVA. 1.
