本研究以針對國軍志願役士兵人口背景因素與留任意願的影響關係為主,參考相關研究者所得成果訂製「國軍志願役士兵背景因素與留任意願探討調查問卷 」為主要研究工具,並採用問卷調查法實施資料蒐集,採樣對象為國軍編制內志願役士兵人員共計120位為問卷主要發放施測對象,共計發出120份問卷,回收有效問卷為120份,相關統計資料作為研究構面中有效分析樣本並以SPSS軟體實施基本資料分析、信度分析、獨立樣本t檢定及單因子變異分析等相關分析統計方法。 研究結果得知,年齡選項對於工作環境、工作滿意度及自我實現等構面有顯著差異,顯見在對於留任意願的整體構面上有相當程度的影響。教育程度對於工作環境、工作滿意度及自我實現等構面有顯著差異,尤其以「大學」及「高中(職)或以下」志願役士兵較為明顯。家庭年收入選項對於工作環境及自我實現等構面有顯著差異,但工作滿意度構面則無顯著差異。相關研究成果期望能提供後續研究者參考使用及建議。
This study investigated the relationship of demographic factors and retention will-ingness for the voluntary service soldiers.Questionnaires were analyzed to a useable sample of 120 from the military transport personnel.It adopted SPSS software to con-duct statistical analyses, such as the Descriptive Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Inde-pendent-Sample t Test and One-way ANOVA. The results showed that the independent variable as age,there had significant influ-ence on the work environment, job satisfaction and self-fulfillment.It is obvious that there is a considerable impact on the overall aspect of the retention willing-ness.Academic qualification had significant influence on the work environment, job sat-isfaction and self-fulfillment, especially for volunteers are “college” and “high school or below”.Annual household income had significant influence on the work environment and self-fulfillment, but there is no significant difference in job satisfaction. According to the research results, it proposed relevant suggestions as the reference for the future reachers.
