在國防轉新型的政策指導下,國軍以建立「強健體魄、戰力強」的現代化勁旅為方向,雖然兵役制度在不斷的改革創新之下,目前仍以募徵併行的方式為主軸,但為了滿足常備部隊士兵需求,及因應各項戰備演訓任務,使得「招募」與「留任」成為穩定部隊人力來源不可或缺的重要關鍵。 因此,廣拓志願士兵的來源、提高其留營的意願,可說是部隊戰力提升與維持的要素,為此國軍人才招募中心及各基層單位,更需革新多方面招募方式及留營誘因,並重視整理工作氛圍,以提升國軍招募順遂及增強留營的意願。 本研究以陸軍志願士兵為研究對象,目的在探討其進入軍中選擇之招募方式,及表現在服役滿意度上的差異,進而發掘影響其留營意願為主要因素;另透過文獻探討及調查結果分析呈現三項結論: 一、不同招募方式進入軍中之志願士兵,其服役滿意度與留營意願無顯著性差異。 二、志願士兵的教育程度越高者,對薪資福利越在意。 三、志願士兵的服役滿意度與留營意願存在正向的關係,且服役期間進修、升遷的機會愈多,留營意願相對愈高。
By the transition policy of national defense, our Nation is aiming for building the powerful modern army. Although the conscription system has been continuously reformed, our army has still both compulsory and voluntary military service. In order to meet the demand of the armed forces to accomplish all the missions of the army, "recruitment" and "retaining" have become the essential of army's stability. Therefore, the recruiting center and all the units of army should reform the methods of recruitment and retention, and change the atmosphere in camps to increase the will of being soldiers. I study the military volunteers in order to probe the recruiting methods which attract them and the difference between their job satisfactions, then find out the essentials that influence their wills of retaining; there are three points of conclusion: 一、There's no notable difference of satisfaction and will of retaining between the volunteers recruited by different methods. 二、The volunteers which are more educated care more about the payment and the welfare. 三、The intention of retaining has positive correlations between job satisfaction and the opportunity of advanced study and promotion.
