本研究中主要以國軍編制內擔任各型軍車駕駛人員偏差駕駛行為為主要研究課題並採用問卷調查法作為研究中相關資料獲取的方式,並參考相關學者的研究成果製定「國軍運輸人員背景因素與偏差駕駛行為調查問卷」為主要研究工具,採樣對象為150位志願役國軍編制內擔任各型軍車駕駛人員,施測方式以問卷發放實施,共計發出150份問卷,統計回收有效問卷為133份,當作研究中主要有效樣本依據並以SPSS軟體統計分析方法進行基本資料分析、信度分析、獨立樣本t檢定及單因子變異分析等討論說明。 研究結果得知,年齡較低的運輸駕駛人員易受情緒壓力的影響;年齡較高、階級較高的運輸駕駛人員在駕駛技能的相關表現上相對較佳;階級較高的運輸駕駛人員對於疏忽違規的預防及處理程度也有較好的表現,期望相關研究所得成果及綜理學者所提的相關論點,對於後續研究學者能提供建議參考運用。
This study investigated the relationship of demographic factors and aberrant driv-ing Behavior for the military transport personnel.Questionnaires were analyzed to a use-able sample of 150 from the military transport personnel.It adopted SPSS software to conduct statistical analyses, such as the Descriptive Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Inde-pendent-Sample t test and One-way ANOVA. The results showed that the independent variable as age.Younger drivers are vul-nerable to emotional stress; older and higher military class drivers are relatively better at driving skills; higher military class drivers also have better performance in the prevention and handling irregularities. According to the research results, it proposed rele-vantsuggestions as the reference for the future reachers.
