中小企業導入雲端品管圈之研究

摘要

由於目前交通越來越發達，員工們出差的機會越來越多，雲端的交流方式改變了以往的郵件收發模式。品管圈是一種需要成員參與討論的活動，而在本研究為了使品管圈活動更加方便的運行，進而將品管圈與雲端相結合，這方式可使品管圈成員隨時隨地的提出想法以及參與討論，也可讓公司更加容易的掌握品管圈活動的進度。本研究為對一螺絲工廠導入雲端品管圈並將其品管圈導入成果與運作過程呈現在本篇論文。

With the prosperity of transportation, more and more employees could obtain many opportunities to travel on official business. Based on this account, the interflow of Cloud alters the mail's traditional pattern on function of receiving and dispatching. The quality control circle is an activity requiring the participation and discussion of group members. Thus, to make the operation of quality control become more frequent in this research, it would combine the quality control circle with the Cloud. This action would provide the members of quality control a tunnel to bring up their notions and take part in discussion; it also makes companies more easily on managing the rate of progress in manipulation of quality control. This study aims at the result and process that a shank's factory will be introduced to the cloud's quality control circle in this dissertation.
