台灣工具機產業,自從電子產業大量外移後,已然成為台灣經濟另一支柱,然而因相較於國際競爭大廠,不論在資金、廠房、人才及研發等均處於相對弱勢,因此本研究的討論重點,即在如何透過產業供應鏈體系所產生的網絡效益,使之內化為公司的動態能力,以因應外在不確定環境。因此如何運用有限的內部資源及整合外部資源,以促進企業動態能力不斷提升,讓企業可以機動面對各類的環境變化與衝突,是工具機產業的重要課題。 依文獻探討,動態能力包含 : 程序、地位及路徑等三大元素;而網絡效益則包含資源依賴、降低成本、降低風險等三大效益。本研究試圖探討網絡效益與動態能力間的下列三項議題: 1.為何網絡效益對動態能力會產生影響? 2.網絡效益如何對動態能力產生影響? 3.網絡效益為什麼會影響動態能力? 故本研究針對臺灣工具機廠商進行個案深度訪談,以分析台灣工具機業者間的網絡效益與動態能力之互動關係。經本研究分析探討,提出下列之研究結果: 1.「資源依賴」之網絡效益對動態能力之「程序」、「地位」及「路徑」均有著密不可分的對應關係。 2.「降低成本」之網絡效益會影響工具機廠商發展動態能力之「程序」及「地位」。 3.「降低風險」之網絡效益與動態能力之「程序」與「地位」具一定程度之關聯。
Since the massive electronic industry migration, Taiwan Machine tool industry has become the prop of Taiwan’s economy. However, compared with the international competitors, its capital, plant, human resource and R&D are all relatively weaker. Therefore, the key point of this study is how to internalize the network effect by industrial supply chain system with dynamic capability to response to the uncertain environment. For this reason, the most important task of Machine tool industrial is to utilize the limited internal resources and integrate the external resources in order to improve its dynamic capability and enable to face any environment changes and conflicts. According to the literature review, the three major elements of dynamic capability include process, position and paths; and the three main benefits of network effect include resource dependence, cost reduction and risk reduction. The study probes into three issues between network effect and dynamic capability, which include: 1.Why does network effect has influence over dynamic capability? 2.How does network effect influence dynamic capability? 3.Why does network effect affect dynamic capability? The study aims at analyzing the Machine tool enterprises in Taiwan by using in-depth interviewing method to find out the interaction between network effect and dynamic capability. The study brings up with the following findings: 1.The network effect of “Resource dependence” has inseparable corresponding relationship with “process”, “position” and “path”. 2.The network effect of “Cost reduction” will affect the “process” and position” of dynamic capability development of machine tool manufacturers. 3.The network effect of “Risk reduction” has certain relevance with the “process” and “position” of dynamic capability.
