利用免疫親和法檢測穀物中伏馬鐮孢毒素和玉米赤黴烯酮毒素之研究

摘要


農作物容易受到黴菌毒素的汙染,全世界農作物可能受到汙染,存在的毒素有伏馬鐮孢毒素和玉米赤黴烯酮毒素,存在於世界各地區,因此進行分析,檢測後得到分析數據,可能有毒素成份存在。 伏馬鐮孢毒素和玉米赤黴烯酮毒素,是一種黴菌毒素的產生,主要是由真菌鐮刀菌屬,常汙染於食品和飼料。因此需發展快速和準確的檢測方法,來得知動物飼料中黴菌毒素。對伏馬鐮孢毒素和玉米赤黴烯酮毒素,使用免疫親和柱進行萃取,偵測儀器使用螢光判讀機。 於2009年9月28日至2010年6月23日,共採集樣品233件,分別為中國(59),日本(19),馬來西亞(3),菲律賓(57),韓國(19),台灣(4),泰國(51)和越南(21),樣品為玉米43件,小麥7件,大豆6件,其它飼料177件,伏馬鐮孢毒素汙染分怖情形,在大於1000ppb分佈比例較高為馬來西亞67%,平均值為中國較高1915 ppb,伏馬鐮孢毒素濃度範園,發現玉米103 ~ 11650 ppb、小麥370 ~ 370 ppb,大豆400 ~ 2400 ppb,其它飼料280 ~ 17300 ppb,玉米樣品平均值較高為中國2337 ppb。儀器偵測極限為250ppb。玉米赤黴烯酮毒素汙染分怖情形,大於1000ppb分佈比例較高者為台灣50%,平均值較高者為中國489 ppb,玉米赤黴烯酮毒素濃度範圍,發現玉米113 ~ 1630 ppb,小麥130 ~ 370 ppb,大豆110 ppb,其它飼料113 ~ 4600 ppb,玉米樣品平均值較高為中國351 ppb。儀器偵測測極限為100ppb。

A great diversity of crops is vulnerable to fungal attack and might be contaminated with mycotoxins. Currently it is estimated that 25% of the world’s harvest production is contaminated to some level with these toxins. The presence of fumonisins and zearalenone in cereals, presence in world. Fumonisin and Zearalenone is a mycotoxin produced mainly by fungi belonging to the genus Fusarium in foods and feeds. A rapid and accurate method to quantify zearalenone in cereals was described. The determination of fumonisin and zearalenone was performed using immunoaffinity column for extrac, detection method for fluorometer A total of 233 samples were collected from 2009.09.28 to June 2010.06.23.samples ,were collected from China (59), Japan (19), Malaysia (3), Philippines (57), South Korea (19), Taiwan (4), Thailand (51), and Vietnam (21). Greater than 1000 ppb 67% in Malaysia. highest average in China 1915ppb. were screened, including, 43 Maize, 7 Wheat 6 Soya and 177 Other feed. The highest levels of fumonisin were found in Maize, Wheat and Other feed Range 103 ~ 11650 ppb, 370 ppb, and 400 ~ 2400 ppb, 280 ~ 17300 ppb Limit of Detection was 250 ppb.; zearalenone contamination was Greater than 1000 ppb 50% in Taiwan. highest average in China 489ppb.The highest levels of zearalenone were found in Maize, Wheat and Other feed Range 113 ~ 1630ppb, 130 ~ 370 ppb, 110 ppb,113 ~ 4600 ppb, and.Nevertheless these results indicate the need to establish, by corn products manufacturers, a continuous monitoring program to prevent and manage the occurrence of these contaminants. Limit of Detection was 100 ppb.
