本研究旨在探討高中柔道選手社會支持、流暢體驗與幸福感間差異相關情形,結果可供未來應用在柔道教練與選手及相關運動推展單位的課程訓練規劃、組訓,強化選手心理技能等,以促進運動表現之參考。研究採用問卷調查法,以參加2009年全國柔道錦標賽參賽之臺灣地區16所公私立高中職高中職柔道選手為研究對象,採立意抽樣方式進行問卷調查,以自編之「社會支持、流暢體驗與幸福感間之探討問卷」為資料收集工具,內容包含基本資料、社會支持量表、流暢體驗量表及幸福感量表等肆部分。共發放問卷441份,回收402份,有效問卷回收率達90.4%。所得資料經描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、典型相關與多元逐步回歸進行資料分析,研究結果如下: 一、高中柔道選手在社會支持方面,傾向於「隊友支持」構面,其次為「教練支持」、「同學支持」及「老師支持」,較不傾向「家人支持」;在不同訓練年資及運動成就達顯著差異。 二、高中柔道選手在流暢體驗方面,傾向於「自成性經驗」構面,其次為「清楚目標」、「挑戰與技巧平衡」、「行動和意識結合」、「全神貫注」及 「自我操控」,最不傾向「渾然忘我」;在不同性別、訓練年資及運動成就達顯著差異。 三、高中柔道選手在幸福感方面,傾向於「人際關係」構面,其次是「生活滿意」及「自我肯定」,較不傾向「身心健康」;在不同訓練年資及運動成就達顯著差異。 四、社會支持與流暢體驗之間有典型正向相關存在。 五、高中柔道選手社會支持及流暢體驗能有效預測幸福感。
The purpose of this study is to discuss the relationships among social support, flow experience and well-being from 2009 National Judo Championship senior high school players. The result can apply to the Judo players’ training plan from Judo related sport departments in order to improve players’ mental skill condition and to enhance performance. The method was used survey and samples were senior high school Judo student players who participated 2009 National Judo Championship by using the questionnaire of social support, flow experience and well-being. The survey included scales of personal information, social support, flow experience, and well-being. There were 441 surveys and received 402 back, and effective survey was 90.4%. Data was analyzed through descriptive statistics, t- test, one-way ANOVA, canonical correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The result as following: 1、Senior high school student players toward social support: result mostly prefer team support, then coach support, classmate support, teacher support, except family support. There is significant difference between training year and sport performance. 2、Senior high school student players toward flow experience: result mostly prefer autotelic experience, then clear goals, challenge-skills balance, action-awareness merging, concentration, and self-control, except loss of self-consciousness. There is significant difference among age, training year, and sport performance. 3、Senior high school student players toward well-being result mostly prefer personal relationship, then living satisfaction, self-affirmative, except body and mind healthy. There is significant difference between training year and sport performance. 4、Social support and flow experience had positive correlation. 5、Senior high school student players’ social support and flow experience can effectively predict well-being.
