少量多樣接單生產型態經營者領導風格對經營績 效影響之研究-以中部地區儀器架製造廠為例

摘要


中國與東南亞各國低價勞工的優勢,吸引台商紛紛投資設廠,使存留在台灣的企業,多以「少量多樣」接單生產為主,讓企業的經營挑戰更顯嚴峻。而企業經營管理之核心為經營者,故其經營績效對公司營運成敗影響甚鉅,諸多研究均證實;經營者的領導風格與企業經營績效息息相關。 本研究以台灣中部地區(台中縣、台中市、彰化縣、南投縣等四縣市)「少量多樣」接單生產型態之儀器架廠商為研究對象進行問卷調查。以了解員工背景變項與企業背景變項,對經營者轉換型及交易型領導風格的影響,和探討經營者領導風格與經營績效間的關係,做為儀器架廠商經營者日後管理的參考。問卷共發360份、回收322份,回收率為89.44%,扣除填答不完整尚餘307 份,有效回收率為85.28%。本研究採t檢定與單因子變異數分析及皮爾遜積差相關分析解析資料,得到結果如下: 一、從業員工個人變項對經營者領導風格有部分顯著相關。 二、企業基本變項對經營者領導風格有部分顯著相關。 三、企業經營者領導風格與經營績效有顯著相關。 本研究發現儀器架廠規模均不大,員工直接與經營者接觸機會頻率 很高,經營者的領導風格對員工工作績效表現有高度關聯性。故經營者實 在不可輕易忽視,建立高效益經營績效領導風格的重要性。 關鍵字:少量多樣、轉換型領導風格、交易型領導風格、經營績效

Cheap labor in China and Southeast Asian countries has attracted Taiwanese businesspersons to setup factories in these countries. Enterprises which stay in Taiwan face an increasing challenge in operation and are forced to adopt “high-mix low-volume production” model. Business operators are the core of the management of enterprises. Therefore, their operational performance matters a great deal in determining the success or failure of their enterprises. Many researches have proved that there is a close connection between operators’ leadership styles and operational performance of enterprises. This study adopts a questionnaire survey on server cabinet manufacturers practicing “high-mix low-volume production” in central Taiwan (Taichung City and County, Changhua County, and Nantou County). The purpose is to explore the relationship of employees, enterprise backgrounds, and transformational and transactional leaderships with operational performance, so that the finding will serve as a reference for future management of server cabinet manufacturers. A total of 360 questionnaires were distributed with 322 being returned, giving an 89.44% response rate. 307 questionnaires remained after incomplete ones were excluded, giving an 85.28% valid response rate. The information was analyzed with One-way ANOVA and Pearson product-moment correlation. The results are as follows: I. There is a partial significant correlation between employees as a personal variable and leadership styles. II. There is a partial significant correlation between enterprises as a basic variable and leadership styles. III.There is a significant correlation between leadership styles of business operators and operational performance. It is discovered that the scale of server cabinet manufacturing plants is usually not very large, and there are many chances for employees to have a direct contact with business operators. Therefore, operators’ leadership styles are highly relevant to employees’ performance at work. Regarding this, business operators should not overlook the importance of establishing highly efficient leadership styles for better operational performance.
