銀行行員對保險專業素養認知之研究

摘要


由於受到此次金融海嘯後的影響,消費者受到很大的創傷,政府也在此次事件後,也開始對金融商品規範相關法令來保護消費者,以防受到資訊不對稱之問題及行銷人員的專業度不夠等問題而衍生糾紛,因此金融機構應就其金融從業人員之保險專業素養的提升及相關證照的取得加以重視,將可避免不必要的糾紛再度發生。 本研究主要探討銀行從業人員須提升保險專業素養認知的看法以及對持有金融類與壽險類之專業證照之需求,以問卷調查法進行實證分析,共發出350份問卷,有效問卷為214份。問卷經回收及資料處理後,以SPSS進行統計分析,實證結果得知,一,在不同背景人員,對金融類及壽險類之專業證照方面呈現顯著正向看法。二,在個人屬性之性別、年齡、學歷、年資、薪資、服務單位及職位的不同,我們可發現,性別與服務單位的不同對提昇專業素養方面與對持有金融類及壽險類之專業證照方面,有顯著的差異;而從年齡不同可發現在對專業素養方面呈現顯著差異。

The consumer has been seriously hurt by the fallout of the financial tsunami; the consumer has been seriously hurt. The government has also begun to regulate financial products through the laws to protect the consumers from disputes incurred by the information asymmetry insufficient expertise of marketing personnel. Therefore, the financial institutions should pay more attention on the enhancement of insurance expertise and the acquisition of licenses by their employees that would minimize the unnecessary disputes. This study aims to explore the cognition and views on the enhancement of insurance expertise and disposition and demands of financial and life insurance professional licenses from bank employees from bank employees. It conducted pragmatic analyses through questionnaire survey. Total 350 questionnaires were issued and 214 returned questions were considered valid. The materials of questionnaires were analyzed through statistics and analyses by SPSS after they returned and their material were pre-processed. The pragmatic results were as follows: 1) the employees with different background show significant positive views on holding financial and life insurance professional licenses; 2) we could find that under different personal attributes of gender, age, education, seniority, salary, service unit and position of bank employees, there were significant differences on the enhancement of professional expertise and disposition and holding financial and life insurance professional licenses between different genders and service units whereas there were significant differences on the issue of professional expertise and disposition between different ages among bank employees.
