本研究旨在探討兒童及少年安置機構保育人員教育信念影響因素與實踐狀況。 本研究將採個案研究方法,透過文獻探討、深入訪談一位保育人員,及相關文件蒐集等方式採集資料,並將所有資料透過編碼方式分析與歸納,其研究結果發現如下: 一、小溪教育信念分為「專業知能」、「專業自主」、 「專業成長」、「專業倫理」、「專業認同」、「專業服務」六大類別。 二、影響小溪教育信念因素為先備因素、任職因素、社會環境因素。 三、小溪教育信念之實踐狀況,依照其主要工作內容分為生活照顧:睡前為孩子說故事、孩子的玩水事件。行為輔導:專業人員進入機構、孩子的偷竊行為、孩子的暴力行為、處理孩子行為問題、為孩子爭取安靜念書的場所、孩子的搶食行為。 最後研究者將依據研究結果提出對未來工作者、現職工作者、機構主管及未來研究方向提出建議。 關鍵字:保育人員、兒童及少年安置機構、教育信念
Abstract The purpose of this research was to discuss the influence factors of educational beliefs and the practice condition in the children and adolescent placement agencies. This study adopts case study research, literature review and an in-depth interview with a childcare worker, and collects data before encoding and analyzing the related data. Research results are as follows: The education beliefs of Caregiver could sort six category, they were: Professional knowledge, Professional autonomy, Professional growth, Professional ethics, Professional evaluation and Professional service. The factors to influence Caregiver education beliefs were Preliminary factors, Factors for choosing this job and Societal and environmental factors. The practice condition of Caregiver education beliefs could sort to life caring and behavior counseling. Life caring includes bedtime story-telling and playing water. Behavior counseling includes the thieves of children, the violence of children, handle the behavioral problems of children, strive for a quiet place for the kids to do homework and children’s grapple for food.
