音樂對體型雕塑者的休閒動機、休閒涉入、休閒效益與幸福感相關之研究

摘要


本研究主要探討音樂對體型雕塑者的休閒動機、休閒涉入、休閒效益與幸福感之關係,並針對大臺中地區各大專院校為研究對象,根據教育部2015針對大專校院概況統計,得知大臺中地區各校學生人數後依照比例,採用分層抽樣,共發404份問卷,剔除填答過於規律及遺漏填寫之無效問卷32份,有效回收率為92.08%。統計方法包含描述性統計、驗證性因素分析及結構方程模式等方法,以考驗研究假設。本研究結果與結論如下: 一、休閒動機部分:以「體適能與健康管理」及「社交與休閒」之平均數為最高,「壓力與情緒管理」為最低;休閒涉入部分:以「吸引力」之平均數為最高,「自我表達」為最低;休閒效益部分:以「生理效益」之平均數為最高,「社會效益」為最低;幸福感部分:以「生活滿意」之平均數為最高,「自我肯定」為最低。 二、體型雕塑者之整體模型,「休閒動機」對「休閒涉入」及「休閒效益」;「休閒涉入」對「休閒效益」;「休閒效益」對「幸福感」皆達顯著影響。 三、有無自行攜帶音樂之整體模型,有自行攜帶音樂組:「休閒動機」對「休閒涉入」及「休閒效益」;「休閒涉入」對「休閒效益」;「休閒效益」對「幸福感」皆達顯著影響;無自行攜帶音樂組:「休閒動機」對「休閒涉入」;「休閒涉入」對「休閒效益」;「休閒效益」對「幸福感」皆達顯著影響。 四、有無自行攜帶音樂兩群組比較,「休閒動機」對「休閒效益」具有顯著差異,有自行攜帶音樂組優於無自行攜帶音樂組。

This study is to explore how the music affect the body- builder’s among in leisure motivation, leisure involvement, leisure benefits, and well-being relationship. The target of this study is college students who are studying in Taichung area. Stratified sampling method was adapted to this study, and population was based on the number of the 2015 Ministry of Education’s statistics department. A total of 404 questionnaires were distributed, and 372 (92.08%) were completed. This study adapted several statistical methods, included descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model. The results and conclusions are as follows: 1. In the Leisure Motivation part: “physical fitness management” and “social leisure” of the average number are both the highest; “stress and emotion management” as a minimum. In Leisure Involvement part: the average of the "attraction" is the highest; “self-expression "is the lowest. Leisure Benefits to the average of the" physiological benefits' being the highest, "social" is the lowest. In the well-being part: the average of "life satisfaction" is the highest, and "self-affirmation" is the lowest. 2. Results of the body- builder’s model show that the "leisure motivation" has a significant effect on both "leisure involvement" and "leisure benefits"; "leisure involvement" has a significant effect on "leisure benefits”, and “leisure benefits” has a significant effect on “well-being.” 3. Results of having their own music participants show that "leisure motivation" has a significant effect on both "leisure involvement" and "leisure benefits"; "leisure involvement" has a significant effect on "leisure benefits”, and “leisure benefits” has a significant effect on “Well-being.” Results of not having their own music participants show that, "leisure motivation" has a significant effect on "leisure involvement"; "leisure involvement" has a significant effect on "leisure benefits", and “leisure benefits” has a significant effect on “well-being.” 4. Compare to these two groups (music v. non-music), there is a significant difference between the “leisure motivation” influence on "leisure benefits.” In other words, participants who bring their own music would have better leisure benefits than those not bring their own music.
