生產系統人機總合效率制度設計與導入

摘要


OEE(Overall Equipment Effectiveness, OEE)為衡量生產績效的重要工具之一。透過OEE可發覺生產線上的瓶頸問題,藉由改善瓶頸問題,可幫助企業提高生產績效。過去有關OEE計算方式已有諸多學者探討,但各學者探討其計算方式與架構,而對OEE的使用方法及運作流程並未加以說明。本研究主要內容為建立一套OEE標準導入步驟,並整合計算方式,提供企業建置OEE時的參考。本研究透過個案公司的全面生產保養制度展開小集團改善,建置基礎資料、計算架構、運作流程,以案例具體說明OEE導入之步驟與成效。

OEE(Overall Equipment Effectiveness, OEE)is a crucial method to measure manufacturing effectiveness. It is to detect and to solve the bottleneck problem of manufacturing lines. It is obvious that its measuring methods and frameworks have been applying in diverse relevant researches, yet the using methods as well as manipulating process has yet to elaborately mention. Therefore, this study is to present comprehensively step-by-step of OEE implementation process, and to formulate standard measuring methods, which is a helpful reference for the companies which are intending to apply OEE to formulate their own standard criteria of OEE. From the total productive maintenance of the case company, this study focuses on its small group maintenance in order to establish basic data, calculating frame, manipulating process, from which clearly clarifies the total steps of OEE as well as its effectiveness.
