多片縱鋸機結構分析與改善設計

摘要


多片縱鋸機在運轉的過程中會產生振動、噪音、受力變形等問題,造成鋸片鋸切後木材品質不穩定、材料的浪費。透過電腦輔助工程技術的導入,將打樣測試轉化成數值化的分析,逐步找尋適當的改善設計。 本研究透過有限元素分析軟體,針對多片縱鋸機進行結構強度分析與模態分析,其分析結果作為改善設計的依據,依照結構不足的部位進行補強改善,以得到最佳的改善設計方案。但結構補強不能無限增加,因為結構剛性與重量成正比,容易造成材料成本增加與資源的浪費,因此必須在足夠的剛性下,達成輕量化設計。 關鍵字:多片縱鋸機、有限元素分析、結構強度、模態分析

The multiple rip saw will result in vibration, noise and deformation by force during the operation. As a result, cause wood quality instability, material wear and tear. The Computer-Aided Engineering approach was implemented in the design process. It will sample test transformation numerical analysis. Progressively look for appropriate Improve the design. This study used finite element analysis software to conduct structural strength analysis and modal analysis of the multiple rip saw. And the results can serve as the basis for design improvement. According to structure insufficient place conduct improve. Receive optimal achieve improved design. However, the rigidity is usually proportional to the weight of structure; the more rigid structure, the higher cost of materials. The target of study is to design the lightest main structure with enough rigidity. Key words: Multiple rip saw, Finite element analysis, Structural strength, and Model analysis
