本研究欲從開發端跟銷售端的思考對話中探尋紀念商品的設計思維。透過經驗觀察、文獻收集與解析的形式,瞭解旅遊者旅遊過程中,消費者購買紀念品的消費習性。並透過訪談的形式瞭解開發端、銷售端的工作現況以及消費端對於紀念品消費取向的產生。訪談紀念品設計工作者、紀念品販賣者、紀念品消費者後,對此解析歸納出研究發現,其主要研究發現分述如下: 一、了解紀念品產業慣見的設計方法、策略及其緣由。 二、了解設計師在開發紀念品的過程中,所產生對紀念品的設計看法,由此理解紀念品產生的原始動機。探討符號如何影響人們對紀念品的消費動機及欲望。 三、探討符號如何影響人們購買紀念品的消費動機及欲望。開發端、銷售端、消費端對紀念品的普世價值。 四、調查銷售端操控商品產生決策的真實。 五、探討開發端、銷售端、消費端對紀念品價值不同解譯下的妥協過程與意義。
This studyaims at exploring the design thinking of souvenirs from the dialogue between the development side and the sales side. It uses experientialobservation and documents collection and analysis to understand the tourists’consumption behavior onthe souvenirsduring the tour.And through interview, the current working situation of the development side and the sales side as well as the influence of the consumptionside on consumers’ orientation in souvenirs consumption are learned. After interviewing the designers, the sellers and the consumers of souvenirs, the main research findings are integrated as follow: Understand the common design method, strategy and reason in souvenir industry. Understand the designers’ view on the souvenirs during the process of developing, thus realizingthe original intention of the souvenirs. Analyze the influence of symbols on people’s motivation and desire in souvenir consumption. Analyze the influence of symbols on people’s motivation and desire in souvenir consumption and the universal value of the development side, the sales side and the consumption side to the souvenirs. Survey the truth of the sales side manipulating the decision of production. Analyze the compromise process as well as its meaning under the situation where the development side, the sales side and the consumption side have different explanation on the value of souvenirs.
