本研究探討「社會績效」、「經濟績效」及「企業形象」對於「求職者求職意願」的影響,來驗證企業履行企業社會責任的同時,是否亦會對求職者在求職實有正向影響。為達成本研究目的,首先蒐集企業社會責任中的社會績效與經濟績效、企業形象及求職者求職意願之相關文獻進行分析與探討,並建立研究架構,設計問卷,調查社會績效、經濟績效及企業形象是否會影響求職者求職意願,以實證分析並瞭解這四者的關聯性。 根據研究結果顯示,社會績效對企業形象具有正向影響;經濟績效對企業形象具有正向影響;社會績效對求職者求職意願具有正向影響;經濟績效對求職者求職意願具有正向影響;企業形象對求職者求職意願並沒有影響關係;企業形象對於社會績效、經濟績效與求職者求職意願無中介效果。
This study investigates the influence of "social performance" and "economic performance" and "corporate image" on "job seekers' willingness". To verify whether the enterprises fulfill their corporate social responsibility can positively affect the job seekers' willingness at the same time. Based on this research objective, the literature concerning corporate social responsibility, namely social performance, economic performance, and corporate image and job seekers' willingness are collected and analyzed. Secondly, the research structure is established and the questionnaire survey is conducted to empirically test the relationship among social performance, economic performance, corporate image job seekers' willingness. According to the analysis results, social performance has a positive effect on corporate image, economic performance has a positive impact on enterprise image, social performance has positive influence on job seekers' willingness, economic performance has positive influence on job seekers' willingness, but corporate image doesn’t have influence on job seekers' willingness. And the relationship between performance perception and job seekers' willingness is not mediated by corporate image.
