摘要 教師職業角色較為特殊,不僅要面對學生的需要、個人的期許、學校的要求,還有社會的期望。如何因應調適壓力、如何做好情緒管理、以及如何降低工作壓力帶來的負面影響就變得更加重要了。 本研究目的在瞭解國小教師人格特質對情緒管理及工作壓力的影響。本研究採問卷調查法計發放三百三十份紙本問卷,回收三百一十五份有效問卷,針對研究樣本除了經由敘述性分析以瞭解受訪者的基本特性以外,另採用複迴歸分析來驗證研究假設。研究結果如下: 一、人格特質對情緒管理有顯著影響。 二、人格特質對工作壓力有顯著影響。 三、情緒管理對工作壓力具有負向顯著影響。 最後,根據上述研究結果提出具體建議,供教育行政機關、學校、國小教師及未來研究之參考。
To satisfy the needs of the students and the requirements of the school, teachers encounter more challenging environments in dealing with the achievement of personal and social expectations. Reducing the negative impact originating from the pressure within the workplace and inappropriate emotion management becomes even more important. The purpose of this study is to comprehend the influence of elementary school teachers’ personality traits to emotion management and workplace pressure. 330 questionnaires relevant to this study have been distributed, 315 of which were valid. The descriptive analysis is adopted to glean the basic characteristics of respondents. In addition, the multiple regression analysis is to validate the hypothesis of this study. The major findings of the study are: (1) personality traits have significant influence on emotion management; (2) personality traits have significant impact on workplace pressure; (3) emotion management has significant negative impact on the pressure within the workplace. Specific suggestions derived from the findings of the study could be references for education administration organizations, schools, school teachers and associated researchers.
