基於貪婪演算法之三高患者飲食推薦研究

摘要


血壓、血脂和血糖這三種指數過高所造成的慢性疾病嚴重影響了國人的健康,而飲食控制是改善並且降低罹患慢性病機率的主要方法之一。但是一般民眾對於食物營養攝取知識的不足,只能透過簡單的經驗法則來減少攝取不利於三高指數的食物。然而這種方式並不能確實且正確的控制,很有可能會控制過度而造成其它營養素的攝取不足,所以個人化的飲食推薦系統是很重要的。然而現有的飲食推薦系統並未針對個人的健康情形來進行推薦,而且目前與他人共食的情形很多,很難依照系統推薦的菜單來進行飲食控制,所以本論文提出基於貪婪演算法之三高患者飲食推薦服務系統,在共食當下且有限的飲食選擇中,根據三高患者個人的健康情形,推薦對患者最有利的飲食攝取量。

Chronic diseases caused by hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia and hypertension are significant risk to the health and can be improved by the diet control. However patients are lack of knowledge of nutrition, they can only follow some simple rules to avoid harmful food intake and lead to over diet control and malnutrition. Therefore, we proposed a personalized diet recommendation system to help patients to diet healthily. The existing systems does not work well under the situation of Group meal or others limited food choices. This paper presents a three-hypers patients diet recommendation service system based on Greedy algorithm, and experiments demonstrate that it can provide a recommendation with the beneficial dietary intake based on patients’ individual health condition.
