大學生校外實習工作價值觀、工作適應、工作投入與職場銜接意願之探討-以台中地區科技大學學生為例

摘要


本研究旨在探討大學生校外實習工作價值觀、工作適應、工作投入與職場銜接意願之關係,並驗證此架構模式是否成立。採立意抽樣方式挑選104學年度台中四間科技大學之休閒類相關科系,選擇曾參與校外實習相關課程之在學學生為研究對象,共發放400份,回收有效問卷為303份,有效回收率達75.8%。所得資料經描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定及結構方程模式分析後,獲得結果如下:大學生參與校外實習之工作價值觀、工作適應、工作投入與職場銜接意願之現況呈高度之感受;大學生在校外實習期間的工作價值觀及工作適應正向影響工作投入,且實習工作投入越高其職場銜接意願也越高。另外,本研究結果發現,大學生在參與校外實習課程時,實習工作投入在實習工作價值觀與實習工作適應對職場銜接意願具有中介效果,表示實習生在實習時具備愈好的價值觀與調適能力,則容易在實習後產生較高的認同及自我評價,進而增進其未來在相同產業的職場銜接意願。最後,根據本研究結果提出建議,以供相關單位參考。

This study aims to explore the relationship between work value, work adjustment, work involvement and the willingness of occupational convergence. It also verifies whether this framework model is approved or not.This study adopts purposed sampling method, selects the recreation-related courses of four technology universities in Taichung during 2015 and selects the students who have taken part in off-campus internships related courses to the subjects. This study hands out 400 questionnaires, 303 of them were returned in valid. The rate of returning is 75.8%. After the analysis used descriptive statistics, independent samples T test and structural equation modeling, the results are shown as followings: There is high-degree of correlations among work values, work adjustment, work involvement and occupational convergence. The work values and work adjustment have positive influence on work involvement for college students with off-campus internships. The study found that the higher work involvements will show the higher willingness of occupational convergence. In addition, the results of study found that when college students have been involved in off-campus internships. There are mediating effects of work involvement, work value and work adjustment on the willingness of occupational convergence. This indicates that when the interns have better value and adjustment capabilities, which are easier for them to generate relatively higher recognition and self-evaluation. It enhances the willingness of occupational convergence.Based on the results, this study offers related suggestions for reference of related organizations.
