本研究之主要目的在探討高中職教師工作壓力、休閒參與與職業倦怠之關係。並針對研究結果提出建議,作為教育機關及後續研究者之參考。 本研究採用便利抽樣問卷調查法,以中部地區高中職教師為研究對象,共發出450份問卷,回收350份,問卷回收率為78%,將回收之問卷資料以SPSS 12.0中文版統計軟體進行採用獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson相關分析及多元迴歸分析等方法考驗後,研究結果發現: 1.個人背景變項中年齡、婚姻狀況、任教年資、教育程度、學校地區 及公私立學校在工作壓力上具有顯著差異。 2.高中職教師工作壓力與休閒參與具有顯著正相關。 3.高中職教師工作壓力與職業倦怠具有顯著正相關。 4.高中職教師工作壓力對職業倦怠具有正向解釋力(44%) 。 5.休閒參與對工作壓力與職業倦怠間之影響具有顯著調節效果。
The main purpose of this study is to explore the correlation of work pressure, leisure participation and job burnout of senior high school teachers. This study was collected from the high school teachers in central part of Taiwan and analyzed data with the convenience sample. The samples consisted of 450 subjects who were selected by judgmental sampling techniques. The total number of usable examples were 350 and the returned rate of the usable was 78%. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA. Pearson correlation, and regression. The results were as follows: 1. There were significant differences between aspects in terms of working stress and on different background variables of senior (vocational) high schools’ teachers with age,marriage condition, seniority of teaching,school area and public and private school. 2.There were significant positive relationships between work stressors and leisure participation of senior high school teachers. 3.There were significant positive correlations between work pressure and job burnout in senior high school teachers. 4.There were positive correlation(44%) the work pressure to job burnout of senior high school teachers. 5.Leisure participation significantly moderates work stressors and job burnout.
