教保員工作壓力與自我效能之相關研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討教保員工作壓力與自我效能之相關。本研究採問卷調查法,參考相關文獻後,自編「教保員工作壓力與自我效能之調查問卷」,於2016 年5 月以臺中市、彰化縣與南投縣的公立教保員為母群體,採用分層隨機抽樣方式進行問卷調查,有效樣本共377份。將所得量化資料以SPSS 22.0統計軟體進行分析,經歸納研究分析結果,獲致以下結論: 一、教保員之工作壓力屬於中等程度,以「政策環境」壓力最高。 二、不同背景變項的教保員於工作壓力各構面中,除了「體制別」未達顯著差異外,其餘不同的「年齡」、「學歷」、「婚 姻狀況」、「服務年資」、「兼任行政」與「任教區域」均達顯著差異。 三、教保員之自我效能屬於中高程度,以「個人教學自我效能」構面表現最高。 四、不同背景變項的教保員於自我效能各構面中,除了「年齡」、「學歷」、「婚姻狀況」、「服務年資」、「兼任行政」 與「任教區域」未達顯著差異外,僅不同的「體制別」達顯著差異。 五、教保員之工作壓力與自我效能間呈現低度負相關。 最後根據以上研究結果,針對教育主管機關、幼兒園主管、教保服務人員及後續研究者,提出若干建議,供作參考。 關鍵字:教保員、工作壓力、自我效能

The aim of this study is to explore the relationship between work stress and self-efficacy of caregiver. The populations of the research were public caregiver of Taichung City, Changhua County and Nantou County by referencing the literature and using the questionnaire survey self prepared named “To Explore the Relationship between Work Stress and Self-efficacy of Caregiver” in May 2016. The research was based upon the simple random sampling. There were 377 copies of effective questionnaires retrieved. The data were analyzed by statistical software - SPSS 22.0. Through the analysis of the data and discussion, the result of the research is concluded as follows: 1.It presented a middle level on work stress of caregiver , especially “policy environment” was the most. 2.On the multi-dimensional of “work stress” has significant differences in background variables of age, education background, marital status, years of service, concurrent administrative and teaching area, except background variables of different systems. 3.It presented a mid-high level on self-efficacy of caregiver , especially “self-efficacy of personal teaching” has the highest multi-dimensional. 4.On the multi-dimensional of “self-efficacy” has significant differences only in background variables of different systems, but in background variables of age, education background, marital status, years of service, concurrent administrative and teaching area didn’t. 5.It appears a low negative correlation between work stress and self-efficacy of caregiver. Finally, based upon the above finding, the research proposes to and expects it will be beneficial for education authorities, kindergarten’s supervisor and future researchers.
