由於目前台灣已屬於貧富差距逐漸擴大的社會,台灣部份大學生,因為家庭經濟因素,在不得已情況下,只能在白天工作,晚上利用時間到學校進修學業本研究以大學進修部學生學習態度對學習滿意度及學習成效影響為研究主旨,以隨機抽樣法,探討台灣地區大學進修部學生,學習態度、學習滿意之學習成效之關聯性。 實證結果顯示, 一、學習態度與學習滿意度及學習成效顯著相關。 二、學習態度與學習滿意度顯著相關。 三、學習滿意度與學習成效顯著相關。 四、 學習態度與學習成效顯著相關。 建議: 一、目前大學進修部學生職場經驗不足,較難理解職場狀態,建議學校老師作業、報告、研究、活動應跟職場相結合,以提升學生在未來工作適應力。 二、目前進修部學生投入課業時間較日間部大學生來得少,專業能力稍嫌不足,建議學校重視進修部學生實習及產學合作,可以幫助學生於在做中學過程中,體驗學校與職場相同之處。 關鍵字:學習態度、學習滿意度、學習成效、進修部學生。
Due to the fact that Taiwan now belongs to the widening gap between the rich and the poor, some college students in Taiwan, because of family economic factors, can only work in the daytime and use the time to study in the evening. This study takes university study Learning satisfaction and learning outcomes, and the random sampling method to explore the relationship between learning achievement and students' learning attitude and learning satisfaction in the university training department in Taiwan. The empirical results show that, First, learning attitude and learning satisfaction and learning outcomes were significantly correlated. Second, learning attitude and learning satisfaction were significantly correlated. Third, learning satisfaction and learning performance significantly correlated. Fourth, learning attitude and learning outcomes significantly correlated. Suggest: First, the current University of the Ministry of Training students lack of workplace experience, more difficult to understand the workplace status, the proposed school teacher operations, reports, research, activities should be combined with the workplace to enhance the adaptability of students in the future work. Second, the current Department of the Ministry of Education students to invest in less time than the day of the Ministry of students, professional capacity is somewhat inadequate, the proposed emphasis on the Ministry of Education students internships and industry-university cooperation, can help students in the process of doing secondary schools, the school experience and workplace the same .
