由於都市街道中廣告招牌林立,店面幾乎都使用垂直牆面外懸式之招牌吸引顧客,每有強風侵襲時,對廣告招牌有不同程度上的影響及破壞。 本研究將使用風洞實驗來進行對街道中廣告招牌之探討,在一般風環境中其各部位所產生的壓應力,檢討對於懸掛中招牌構件之影響。而本研究擬以一般都市商店街道側懸直立式之統一化招牌做為探討研究之對象。 研究的目的在探討街道兩旁建築物風場變化與廣告招牌受風壓之程 度,擬由實驗方式以獲得相關數據,以位於街道路口及中央區位的商店廣告招牌為樣本,其正面及背面所受的風壓力對於物體本身所產生的影響,予以深入瞭解及提出對應之策。 本實驗於低速風洞及利用等值之層流風速進行試驗,以適當街道建築物及招牌模型進行風洞試驗,配合相關量測儀器來量測廣告招牌上之壓力變化,並探討作用其表面之順向風與背向風之流況;再將兩者風場所求得的數據加以分析,找出風場影響最大及最小之區位和壓力值,由量測風壓分析後的結果找出宜補強之部份,降低或避免招牌對於公共安全上的影響。
There are many commercial boards in the street to attract people. Most of store owners like to use vertical mounted type of board that is cantilevered to the store front facet. When the gale occurred, the board will suffer different level of effects and damages. This research will use the wind tunnel experiment to discuss the wind influence on commercial board in the street discussion. The pressure stress on various spots that produced in the wind field, we can examine the influence of the board component. This research will take unified board type of city streets as object to do the experiment and analysis. The research goals are in the discussion of wind field influence and the degree of the wind pressure on commercial board. Using the experiment and taking the intersection and the central part of the street as sample, we will measure wind pressure that exerted from the front and back surface of the board in order to understand the influence conditions and offer the suitable corresponding proposals. This experiment takes the low-speed tunnel test and equivalent wind speed laminar field to process. Using suitable street and building model with instruments, the author measure the wind pressure change on board and carry out the test. Taking windward and leeward conditions of acting wind, the corresponding experiments will offer the maximum and minimum pressure value and their locations of the board from the instruments. From the analysis, we will find out the part of the board that need strengthen and to reduce even avoid the damage of the commercial board in order to promote public safety.
